We hope to be a nice option for you to be with friends, family or work and have pleasant meals,  option for you to find a moment to relax and enjoy a good coffee, to have meals with selected ingredients and dishes prepared with the attention you deserve. Opened in February 2020, we chose the region of Santana in the north of the city of São Paulo to start the project because Santana is an important part of the history of the north, a region that also has one of the largest areas of native tropical forest in the world located in a metropolitan region and covers, in addition to the city of São Paulo, 3 more municipalities: Guarulhos, Mairiporã and Caieiras, forming, with its 7,900 hectares, the Cantareira State Park with remaining areas of Atlantic Forest. It is no wonder that, in addition to this treasure of native forest, we find many people, residents and visitors, aware of the importance of all of us working for a better quality of life in our daily lives.

On our menu, you will find cultural and historical references to another northern region, northern Europe (mainly Scandinavia), in a period known as the Viking Age, from the 8th to the 11th century, a time marked by Viking raids in various regions of the continent. Europeans to conquer lands for colonization and, with mastery of navigation techniques, the Vikings spread to different places, such as Eastern Europe (currently Russia and Ukraine), Normandy, Britannia (currently England), Scotland, Iceland, Greenland and later , around the year 1000, reached North America (present-day Canada). The Vikings traveled in vessels called drakkars, long and narrow, this type of vessel allowed the Vikings to spread and settle in various regions.

Currently, the Nordic countries (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Faroe Islands regions, Åland archipelago and Greenland) are in a prominent position when it comes to human development and quality of life, see HDI 2021 list with the 10 countries best positioned:

Norway, Switzerland, Ireland , Iceland, Germany , Sweden, Netherlands, Australia , Denmark and Finland.
