Do you know a lot of people who also like a burger? So get to know a little more of ours and invite the guys!

Mr. Bharcks' choice was to create options with ingredients selected and chosen one by one and, in this way, we understood that we should do the same thing with bread, using bread that was made the same day, without preservatives and without industrial scale, produced in a homemade and artisanal way and the staff has even gotten used to saying round French bread,... the recipe is different, but you can call it that anyway lol... another nice point is that Mr. Bharcks' Premium Burger can be consumed with 160g beef or with the delicious vegetable burger in any of the snacks at no additional cost, you choose! Cool huh?

Well, now we need to go back a little further, in March 2020, newly opened and with the pandemic and its consequences starting to fall on all of us, we received the suggestion of our great friend F. Marmo: "Do hamburger..." he said. Well, that tip, said in an unpretentious way, even though it seems crazy, didn't leave our minds. So, even without any knowledge on the subject, we went ahead and, the next day, we returned to him: "You can come and try it!", but he didn't even imagine that we would go ahead, "Try what?! I didn't want to intrude, it was just...” and we insist “Stop, come here and try it!”.

And that's how it was, far from any pretension or intention of making the best hamburger on the street, in the neighborhood, in the region, in the north zone, in the galaxies or something like that lol and with F. Marmo's vision, we started something with the soul and the heart so that friends would have some reason to visit us.

Of course, we chose the classics to start: xsalada, xbacon, xegg, cheddar, cream cheese, but today we already have options with our way: Thor, Valhalla, Asgard xsalada, bjørn xsalada and Krydder Cheddar BBQ.
